The product is applied using a range of application machines which are available to suit all scopes of work.


The machines have been designed to go in a handy transport and storage trolley and feature a remote control unit to control flow pressure and pump operation at point of application. Machines can operate all day, and yet do not require removal of material or cleaning when finished. They are totally self-sufficient without the need for a separate compressor to pressurise the expelled material.

Surface preparation is minimal with wire brushing away any loose material or industrial wash if greasy and then apply providing 100% protection to a wide variety of equipment such as flanges, tappings, valves, bearings, inspection panels and much more.

The ease of application and removal can be evidenced in this video together with the remarkable ability to re-use the material up to 3-4 times under normal working conditions. This potential provides for potentially a life time coating solution from just one application.
